The new macro lens from OM system has been announced, a 90mm f3.5 that will achieve 2x magnification without accessories and also takes the Olympus converters.  Price is $USD 1499 on release.

I find myself using my OM-1 more and more these days particularly for stacking and also as a travel camera.  I plan to buy it when it becoes available in Australia, which is in a month or two.  Initial reviews are out and seem mostly quite positive.  One example:

Hi Chris, the new 90mm looks like a great lens with some truly innovative features eg 2X at a click of a switch, lens Fn button that can be set for auto stacking etc.... glad that OM systems is moving forward from strength to strength.
