I imaged M31 (the Andromeda galaxy) the other night for an hour while waiting for another target to rise...I always am amazed by it no matter how many times I view it or image it.
I used 2 camera /scope setups with Triad filters to really bring out the hydrogen that exists thru out the galaxy. Zwo 2600 and 294 cameras on 2 scopes (both at 900mm) Stack in APP, processed mostly in Pixinsight. Click on image for Larger View. |
