![]() TAMRON 150-600 @ 600mm F7.1 @ 1/250 ISO 1000 Somewhat slow at the present for images of wintering species, so this one is from the past summer. This immature male had a few red feathers showing, which will cover the entire throat, by the time he leaves the tropics for the spring migration to the breeding grounds.( Considerable variation among individual immature males, regarding the presence of red feathers, and how heavily marked the throat is for the non-red feathers.)
