It's $99.99 after discount for now.
Version 2 is here.
I think I paid about $40 for the first version.

It's $99.99 for the whole suite of all three, Affinity Photo, Affinity Publisher, and Affinity Designer. That also includes the iPad versions in addition to the computer versions.
Affinity Photo alone is $41 - scroll to the bottom of the link you posted
