D850, 300f/4 lens variable

This is a composite, painted image. Male and female Baltimore Orioles. The female is the lower image- she has a variant coloration-not sure what kind.
Seen yesterday and today-I hope we see more/nesting behavior.

Happy Mothers' Day to all, whether you are a mother, or have one to honor.

I love the way you placed them facing each other and on the diagonal here, and the soft background colour tones are perfect for their plumage colours. Couldn't be sweeter in this beautiful frame, Cindy.

I love the progress of the diagonal composition very much, I love how the two subjects interact with each other in full harmony and I really love how you have chosen to process this beautiful image which turns out to be a painting of extreme refinement.

I love this Cynthia - a nicely balanced and coiourful image nicely enhanced by the cunningly painted look.
