Kinda debunks the Nikon and Canon talking points when they launched their mirrorless lines that the Sony mount wasn't wide enough for lenses with apertures larger than 1.4
Of course we will have to wait to see what the IQ is a 1.2 in the corners.

That's a lot of vignetting, almost looks like a Zeiss lens

Here's the Nikon 50mm f1.8 Z lens. A little less vignetting, but a lot slower too. It seems like manufacturers don't concern themselves much with vignetting.
