I’ve done business with BH for years and have always been ok with them. 
However the last few orders (including a z6 with 500+shutter count sold as new) have been unacceptable. 
Recently I ordered the 14-24 z lens. Put in paperwork with NPS. 
I got an email last week from NPS that it was shipped to BH. 
BH just notified me my order is in backorder. 
I’m not happy. 
Is there a better place to do business as I’m beginning to think BH no longer is caring about the customer.

 And Covid-19 has had an effect on manufacturing, shipping, how businesses operate with fewer employees, etc, so B&H might be dealing with Covid-19 issues.

Check out Roberts in Indianapolis. I have had good experience with them.
