Unable to download Neural Filters in Photoshop 2021

[font=Calibri, sans-serif]I am using a Mac Pro running macOS Catalina. I recently upgraded to Photoshop 2021. When attempting to use Neural Filters, Smart Portrait works fine but trying to use filters that require a download, clicking the download icon or button fails to work. When I contacted Adobe support, they tried to take control of my computer but that also failed to work with error message coming up. Otherwise, my internet seems to be working fine. [/font]
