Haven't seen anything like this before. Either aggressive marketing or desperation. You have to pay for the camera first, and can return within thirty days. Haven't read the rest of the details.

It's an excellent little camera by all accounts. If Nikon knew how to market they could have saved themselves a lot of trouble from going this route, but you do what you have to do I guess.
