I downloaded their program last night and I can't get it to work. I open a image in photoshop CS6 and go up to filters and select AI sharpen. Then a dialog box appears. It wants me to log in without ever having been on their site. I tried to register and that didn't go well. I try emailing them on their site and all you do is play with their pick the bus, stop light & crosswalk game. Topaz has no phone number that I can find, so I will just uninstall their software unless something happens today. I am at a loss with this. I downloaded Pixel Genus with no problem and it works fine so why can't AI work the same?

So, more than a bit confused. You downloaded their program, yet you say you have nit ever been on their site.

The software is not free, but trial copies are available. Fairly sure you need to register the software before it properly works.

And, yes, apparently you are trying to do so.

But, not from Photoshop. Launch the actual program, and resister via it.
