what is your current recommendation for an easy to follow, but complete guide to the modern photoshop and lightroom?

I took an on line course by Matt Kloskowski (mattk.com) and I thought it was very good and easy to follow.

try Y tube for starters. There are some very good tutorials and some not so good. However it is worth a try.
