I have noticed that several people posting here already have this lens. I have not been able to find any source that has them in stock and I have put my name on wait lists.

Could some of you who already have this lens share with the rest of us about how and where you were able to purchase one?

While a few non-NPS folks have the lens, they were either one of the very first to order or just got lucky, the vast majority of owners are NPS members and did an NPS priority purchase. That is how I got my lens and it still took about 4 weeks.

I'm not NPS but I always have good luck with Roberts Camera in Indianapolis. I got on their list and got they a lens for me in about 2 weeks.
