Tamron introduces 15-30mm f/2.8 G2

The original 15-30 f/2.8 was a very good lens, Tamron just introduced the second generation of this lens. So far the G2 lenses from Tamron have improved on the originals substantially so hopefully this will be the case for this lens as well and the ability to calibrate it with the tamron dock likely will put this ahead of the OEM lenses in the range for capability. Tamron claims better optics and more accurate focus with the G2:
