Moving computers

I started my LR/PS CC subscription when my main desktop computer was down with a power supply failure. I used my laptop. After 2 months of photography i would like to move back to my main desktop machine. How can i do that without loosing everything i have in LR catalogs? I have a 10 day Death Valley trip on the laptop. My CC subscription is for two machines, i believe. Thanks for anyhelp in advance!
