thanks guys! appreciate the support. Details for the shot are as follow:
this was shot around 8+ in the night, without tripod as the place did not permit one. It's a handheld 3 bracketing, with 1/60 if I didn't remember wrongly, f8, iso 640, +-1 exposure. It was done with a samyang f3.5 fisheye lens, pp in lightroom 3 with slight wb correction and merge in hdr pro photoshop cs5. After which manual blending is done to ensure the exposure is correct & curves masking is applied to achieve desired toning.

Great use of the fisheye -- love the combination of arcs of gold light against the nighttime blue.
