I think no one lives there any more at the bottom of the building there is few bars and cafe . The law says are not allow to build new buldings there as the hill of Acropolis is very close will hide the view.

Well maybe no people live there anymore
but it look like nature moved in and doing quite well
nice mix of man and nature
