26mm - what an odd focal length, funny that they call it a "creative field of view"

Nikon has a history of odd lens focal lengths, like 43-86mm. Or how about this patent for a 16-34mm:

The 85 1.2 looks stunning - a legend in the making - the stuff dreams are made of.

For portrait togs - a must have piece of kit.

The 26 pancake on a small body, perhaps even a Z fc, will make a very discrete travel package - who knows - I may even get to like the odd field of view ;)
