First "wild" Snowy of the season. I had a captive one at CRC earlier and will post one or two shots of that one later. Waiting for the snow and will look for others of my traditionalĀ  "hunting" area.

Great find and it looks like a pretty cooperative owl. I thought you got plenty of snow 'up there'.

Very unusual weather this winter, most of southern Ontario has no snow at all.

Hi Paul, Snowy Owl has been present in the last at least five years at Bronte Harbor. Another one at Downsview Park Toronto, an other one at Colonel Samuel Park in Toronto.
