Another in my slowly growing series of Postapocalyptic Wind Turbines - at times they remind me of invading Martian machines in HG Wells "War of the Worlds" - fortunately they don't cry "Ooolaah".

Nikon D500 with Nikkor 500mm PF.

Image processed in PS with Nik SilverEfex.

Have a great start to the week.

Super design image Sinuhe. Indeed, very much War of the Worlds... Nicely done.

Great perspective and sobering thoughts on this sign of the times, Sinuhe! B/W definitely adds to their stark presence on the landscape.

Thank you, Dave, glad you liked it.
Somehow I hear Jeff Wayne's opening melody when viewing this image!

Thank you Carol, glad you liked it. I tried various edits, but settled for B&W - just had the right amount of drama.

Interesting that they look so ominous when they are supposed to represent hope for our gailing climate. Very dramatic! B&W suits the subject well.
