May 14-21st: "The Bears of Yellowstone    I've chosen the best dates possible for bear viewing in Yellowstone.  Visitation is lower and the bears are very active.  With 25 years of guiding in the park I know the best spots to search for both grizzly and black bears.  We average 10-12 bears a day on our tours. During the 2015 tour we had 64 bear sightings and at least 31 different bears.  But the tour is much more than just bears with lots of other great wildlife, babies, and unique Yellowstone scenery will keep us very busy for the week.
