When did Adorama change return policy?
No free returns unless you are a VIP member?
I got a birthday gift that was not wanted as already had - not opened or used.
I was told I had to pay for the return labels or they wouldn’t send them.
After 15 years using both Adorama and BH - never had this come up.
Is BH doing the same?

I don't know about Adorama, but B&H charges  for return shipping. Have never seen otherwise.
