Kirk at one time made a tripod collar for the canon 1.4x and 2x EF multipliers.  Does anyone still make them or for the new RF?  How about for an ef=rf converter?  How about for the 135mm t/s lens?

For an engineering point of view, putting a tripod collar on such a short component seems unwise.  It would carry a heavy lens on one side and a fairly heavy body on the other.  Both connections would be subject to a lot of bending loads.   Seems the tripod mount should be on the heaviest and most rigid component.
