A couple of years ago I heard a number of serious complaints about Sony Customer Service for the camera division.  With Sony coming on so strong these days I'm asking if anyone has any comments one way or the other now.  Thanks, Jim

Hi Jim:

Shortly after I bought my A9 II in the Fall of 2019, I called Sony Customer Service with a couple of questions.  Sony Customer Service was responsive and helpful.

My first A1 was defective, they sent me a new one after a couple of weeks. So I can't complain.
