My wife has a Sony a6600 with a Sony 70-350 lens. As the Sony a7RIV is on sale ($500 off) she is wondering if the lens she has would work
with the full frame Sony a7RIV camera. Her main camera/lens is still a Nikon 300 f 4.0 PF ED VR plus a 1.4x with a D500 camera but she likes to use zoom lens occasionally. Could you advise please?
Thanks,
Karl.

Here’s a link to the compatibility chart:

https://support.d-imaging.sony.co.jp/ww ... lang=en_US

It says the angle of view goes to APS-C size.

It would work just fine but it will knock the camera down to 26 megapixel Super 35 mode (APS-C)

Thank you both.
We ended up buying the camera.
$600 off here in Canada and a free Sony Battery Grip as a promotional item, at a value of $ 560 or so CAN.
Tested it in the basement at artificial lighting and it works perfect.
Thanks.
