I'm looking at possibly purchasing the Canon 100mm F2.8L Macro lens and doing a quick search Willoughby's is $679 compared to $899 through companies like B&H & Adorama which I've purchased through before. Has anyone purchased through Willoughby's? Curious if they are a safe/reputable company to purchase through. Thanks

A significantly lower price generally means one of several things:
1. It is gray market which means you will not get a warranty valid in the USA and may not be repaired if something goes wrong
2. It is a refurbished item which generally performs as new but usually comes with a short term warranty
3. It is just fraudulent or a parted out item where you don't get the OEM packaging and accessories that normally come with the item.
4. It is a bait and switch scheme

Looking them up on reseller ratings.com indicates a horror show:

Note that in a case like this, 5 star ratings are often posted by the company itself.

I wouldn't get within the same area code of this business ;)
