It would be nice to see a timeline even with a disclaimer. I hope this doesn't mean the previously announced 70-200 2.8 is no longer scheduled by the end of 2019.

Japanese companies all play this little trick of using Fiscal Year which ends at the end of March for all of them.  Sony does the same thing.  They may officially announce it before the end of the real 2019 but I doubt you will see it shipped or they would have just announced it in their recent announcements.

Hopefully they will announce it before the end of the calendar year when they make the pre Olympic new camera announcement ;).

Any guesses about the last lens on the list? A 200-600. Aimed at the Z50 crowd or a pro level lens for the Z6 and 7?

Not an S-line lens Doug.  The 100-400 is, so it may be a Z series 200-500 version/replacement?  Certainly has caught my attention anyway.

As David said it's not a S-lens (good thing considering the price of the 180-400!) but I would fully expect the 200-600 to be an upscale 200-500VR, and as such will perform very well. Unfortunately I don't think it will be released anytime soon. Perhaps that's not a bad thing since it looks like Nikon needs time to fix its mirrorless C-AF performance...otherwise any lens like a 200-600 is essentially worthless.

I have an old 600 F5.6 lens. The lens has a 120mm objective. (It's old and manual so the casing on that end is bigger than that.) If the 200-600 has a 5.6 constant aperture, the minimum the objective can be is 107mm but is more likely to be closer to that 120mm objective.

As a comparison, the 200-500 F5.6 has a 95mm filter size. (It only needed 90mm to be an F5.6 lens.)

I'm thinking that lens has to be at least F6.3 on the long end which would require a diameter of 95-100mm to pull off.

For sure...a constant aperture 200-600 lens even @f5.6 doesn't fit the profile for a non-S lens. A 600/5.6PF lens would work, but it would most likely be in f-mount.
