Looking for a strap that I can trow over my shoulders for my 600mm F4 FL (Nikon)

Any advice would be helpful

The Kirk SS-1 is one you can use. it still might be on sale. Also try various products made by BlackRapid, Peak and Optech.

I add 1" clamps to my Black Rapid Strap and then I attach the clap to the foot on the lens. I've done it with an older 500 F4 and the new 600 F4 weighs about the same as that.
