I need something up to 600mm for photo and video project with my 5D4 in nature (birds in water, deers...). Some of my picks are: 
Canon 300mm f4 IS or non IS with 2x extender
Canon 300mm f2,8 USM,non IS (if available in my region)
Canon 400mm f5.6 & 1.4, 
Canon 100-400 mark I or II &1.4x ext. 
Sigma 150-600 Sport or C
Sigma 60-600
Tamron 150-600

Primary purpose is video,but I will do some photos. I compared them at the https://cameravs.com, but I'm low experianced in this, so who can help? Any advice? What lens is best value for many? What lens or lens+extender is best option? Thank you

I don't shoot Canon, so I'm not in a position to be giving advice. Unfortunately, you haven't received any replies to your query and I suspect that may be due to the inherent difficulty to define what is "best" for someone. I understand the term "best value", but we are still up against what is best in terms of versatility, long term vs short term ownership, original manufacturer vs third party biases, weight vs sharpness vs light gathering ability, teleconverter vs no teleconverter, is vs no is, and budget etc. I think I would look at the Canon 100-400 because I have heard good things about the latest version, but that's a vague impression.

If you are using for video, a prime (pun intended) consideration would be focus motor noise that can be distracting in audio.

   I am also not a Canon person (I use Nikon) but another consideration for video is that every time you touch the camera or lens, you introduce shake in your video (or at least I do).  So in theory a zoom might sound like a better option, but at least for me, in practice I find I can't zoom in or out during the video so end up just using a prime lens (think there are special cinematic zooms?).  Of course you need a very stable tripod since any wind will also cause shake in your video.  So I would think you would want image stabilization.  In fact, I have wondered if camera's with image stabilization (ie. the Nikon mirrorless) would be better for video.

  Also, many cameras (and a quick read of yours) shoot video in a crop mode.  So even though you have a full frame camera, at least  from my reading, the " 4K video is recorded using a central 4096 x 2160 area of the sensor at a 1.74x crop".  So if you are going to shoot 4K video (the highest resolution video), your 300mm lens will have a field of view of a 500mm lens.

I was a canon shooter moved to Nikon recently to save on weight.
I had the 5DM4 used it mostly with 500 f 4.0 II +1.4x III and 2x III.
I also had the 100-400 Mark II.
Earlier I had the 300 f4.0 and 300 f 2.8 and 400 f 5.6 L.
My suggestion based on my experience that you might want to go for the 100-400 II. no extender.
The other option from your list could be the 300 f 2.8 II with 1.4 III and 2 III extenders.
The 400 f 5.6 L doesn't take the extender well. I used it and in retrospective I regret it.
I used the 300 f 4.0 about 15 years earlier with a 1.4 extender glued on. It is too old IMO so is the 400 f 5.6 L.
