I'm currently thinking about getting a Voigtlander Ultra Wide-Heliar 12mm f/5.6 Aspherical III Lens for Sony E. I was wondering if anyone knows of an adapter that would allow me to use my Haida 100mm Pro filter holder.

None that I am aware of - love the little lens though! Definitely improves dramatically with an LCC applied to every shot.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is LCC? I'm not familiar with that acronym.

Are you referring to something like this?

Lens Cast Correction - yes, on the link. I have also written about it numerous times. The Voigtlander has a bit of color shift towards the corners due to the high incidence angle of the light rays striking the pixels in the corner. This corrects for that.
