Preparing for my Alaska trip, I checked my 200-400 Canon lens. I found a tiny bit of mold/fungus inside the lens.

very little..Two lines in the middle.Too late to do anything about it. How much will this two lines affect Image quality?

Try shooting some images with it. It may not affect it much. There was a lot of info here on fungus in your recent post:

Robert, you started a thread on the exact same subject a few weeks ago.  there were numerous comments...

Since you have a number of lenses with fungus, I think you need a different way of storing them - a drier place, dehumidified place, air conditioned place, or in a desiccated dry box of some kind.
