Love my LowePro photo packs.  Durable.  In the past, when one of those plastic buckles on the webbing and waist belt broke, I called a quickly received a replacement. I had the belt buckle on one pack break in early April, and sent q request including a photo with ruler to provide exact width.  I received one unintelligible email in broken english that the request was sent elsewhere and possibly on back order.  It is now six weeks later and still no buckle.

Is this the new situation at LowePro?

The company was bought by the same holding company that owns Manfrotto late last year - not exactly a company famous for customer service...

I have broken my share of buckles on LowePro backpacks.  I go to a local outdoor retailer like Mountain Equipment Co-op and find a buckle and connector (they sell some) that fits.
