Has anyone used the Watson Compact AD/DC Battery Charger for the Nikon EN-EL15a battery? This charger is a little more compact than the Nikon charger supplied with the Nikon camera bodies.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I haven't but in general, Watson products are among the better third party products.

I've used the Watson Charger (dual one), in the past and I've seen the single one in action on various trips. I have no complaints about it.

On the other hand, I've been using the Newmonwa (dual) charger for my various small batteries including the en-el15's as they will charge via a micro usb cable from a 5V port rather than having to use AC.

I use Watson chargers - I think they're excellent and I haven't had any problems to date. I like the AC/DC one for charging from your vehicle while away from house current. I heard they were B&H owned, don't know if it's true or not.

They are part of Gradus Group. I don’t know if they are affiliated with B&H, though.

I have one for Canon EP-L6N batteries. I had a problem with the charging plate on one of the holders, it wasn't made correctly and damaged the connections on my battery. Other than that, it seems good.
