Very interesting. The business perspective must be taken into account if the company is to survive. However part of that business is not being left behind by the innovation the competition is doing.

Despite their comments and their seeming lack of innovation, they are still the market leader. It's hard to imagine them stepping outside the box as long as they own the market share.

LOL That will never happen, but it's nice to dream about a marriage of Nikon ergonomics & sensors with Canon lenses, TC's and quality control = best of both worlds!  :mrgreen:
