The lock lever in my go-to ballhead, originally purchased in November 2011, stripped after almost daily use 12 days ago. It was quickly repaired under warranty by RRS and was returned today in almost new condition. This has been a quality product and RRS backed it up with quality service.

I am not affiliated with the company in any way, but I just gotta say that their approach to customer service and attention to detail can provide a model for anyone hoping for business success in the 21st century.
