Anyone among you has ever tried a SD card UHSII 2000 X with the Canon 7 D MK II?

Canon told me that it should work but that it would not improve the buffer, i.e. the total number of pictures in a row without stopping.

But they have not experienced with that kind of combo.

If anyone of you bas ever tried it, please share your expérience.

Thanks.

Speed of writing to the card is controlled by the slowest component in the data path. A card faster than the camera controller can't increase write speed.

Agree with the previous response 100% but your download speeds to your computer in a fast card reader will be faster saving time there.
