Seems it is a family business.  

I like the way the site is set-up.

Watched the video and they seem to have a very enthusiastic attitude of helping photographers.

They are in my neck of the woods and I have used them a couple of times. They are very professional, friendly and helpful. I prefer this company over others, mainly because I can just pick up the gear myself.
