Roger Cicala of Lens Rentals tested and compared the new Tamron 15-30 f2.8 DI VC, VS the Nikon 14-24 f2.8 and Canon's 16-35 f2.8 MkII lenses.

Read and form your own opinion, but it does look like Tamron has made another quality zoom that mostly holds it's own with the above Nikon and Canon wide angle zooms.
