Tonica Moth

This moth was in our back yard a few months, it is attracted by a Bracychiton sp. tree in our yard which is the larval food plant.  The moth itself looks like a bird dropping from a distance. This is a stack of 30 images for depth of field.

Excellent stacked detail, looks like one of those "look but don't touch" caterpillars that packs a sting.
