The last of this seasons orchids - taken during our visit to Scandinavia.
Finding this rather rare variant was quite a task and we were fortunately assisted by several residents of the small town they were reported to be located at......who intrigued by our quest....calling a friend of a friend...lead us to the correct spot :)
A nice way to close the current chapter.

Nikon D5 , Tamron 90mm macro, PS and Nik Effex.

Thanks for the visit - have a great day ;)

A very lovely way to end the season indeed! Beautifully framed-love the glowing background and sweet contrast with the orchid.

The flower looks beautiful, the composition and the background rendering are artistic.

The bg is so painterly. I like it, but suprised that the T90 achieve it.
