Stunning bold colours and excellent banking pose captured with superb detail, Clement! This would be good for a bird in flight - for a butterfly its amazing!

Amazing in flight capture, beautiful colors, and an attractive inclined view.

Carol kind of stole my thunder on this one but as soon as the new technology of mirrorless cameras came into play I have felt that BIF would soon mean Butterflies In Flight. A great looking butterfly in it's prime, when captured in a nice position in flight, has a special appeal and offers some of the most attractive subjects for beautiful images. Your image is outstanding and hopefully the first of more to come.

Beautiful. The butterfly looks like its skydiving.
