The same lime butt I shot the other day. The colourful patterns on the butt's wings always remind me of a Tee shirt series from years gone by.

1/200, f18, 90D, 50mm Sigma, Think Raynox250 was used(?),hh,minimal cropping, diffused pop up flash ETTL -2/3

Hope u enjoy the view and is inspired in an aesthetic way by these Nature's patterns.

Comments welcomed.

The structure, textures and patterns on a BF wing always fascinate me, Darren! Beautiful macro.

Lovely colors and detail- this makes me think of a Native American headdress...in miniature.

Nice looking close up of this butterfly's hind wing. Very nice detail and texture seen in this image, especially when viewed large.

Very beautiful patterns, colors and details. I like Lime butterfly. Their wings are gorgeous on both sides. They were not shy in front of my camera.

Thanks everyone for viewing and comments. I hope to encounter other butterflies in slumber to be able to do similar closeups.
