An unusual find in a stand of open milkweed pods. I'm amazed the wind didn't ruin this arrangement while I photographed.

Marvelous! The arrangement of these filaments is a true work of art worthy of the great artist that is nature. And you captured it beautifully.

A wonderful, almost ethereal view of the beauty of one of nature's own works of art, Tom! Beautiful image.

A delicate silk star before blowing by the wind. Nice pattern and capture.

Love the overall symmetry in this image. The beauty of milkweed pods is all the possibilities presented once open. This is a wonderful example of one of the unique possibilities that presented itself and was so well timed.

Love this! What a beautiful arrangement , and you caught it. It takes an artist's eye to see this and a quick hand to capture it. :).

Tom,
Beautifully captured. It has a geometric attractiveness too coupled with the fragility.
