A few green leaves removed

Taken in my front yard in evening light.

Oh, I love this!  Don't you see that crazy bird diving head first, with beak open, wings spread, down to the bottom of the frame?  ( I know you can see creatures in lots of nature's structures.)  :) 

Even without this added bonus, the contrast of light and dark, coupled with the perfect placement and exquisite detail makes this a wonderful image, Cindy.

Milkweed pods such as this are a very interesting subjects. Clicking on this one brings out the interesting light and textures. Very nice.
