So good to see one of your beautiful and sensitive celebrations of nature, Mary.  This is a glorious use of selective focus and the golden colour is a real feast for the eyes now that summer is fading into autumn.  Bravo!  :)

This has a very dreamy feel to it. The lighting, background, and composition are all terrific.

Warm colors and fine selective focus on the flower center. A beautiful view of the flower.

So nice to see you back, Mary, and what a gorgeous ephemeral mood you have created with this poignant, moody shot. I love the light -a drink of sunlight. Very poetic.

Thanks Cynthia and thanks to everyone for the welcome back.
I'm glad you like this image of mine, in reality I was very undecided whether to publish it or not.
