Nikon D 850, Nikon 105mm F2.8 macro
ISO 800, 1/800s, F 10.0, Tripod While out taking some photos of late Summer wildflowers I came across this Katydid in a group of Asters. Katydid's are in the grasshopper and cricket family and usually are much more active at night. When they are sitting still during the daylight hours it is unusual to find them as their camouflage allows them to hide in plain sight. Please click for higher resolution. |
