Thought this fly is worth a view.

Fantastic image, but they are creepy looking! I read an article in the Wall Street Journal, and they said there are 17 million flies for each human being.

Thanks Scott for the kind words. Its exactly this unreal look about them that makes them so fascinating to photograph. I am glad we are not likely to run out of them any time soon! They make nice portraits.

Hmmm-I don't think it is creepy! It's is quite beautiful when you think of how functional it's construction is. And the colors are pretty....well seen!
