Recent autumn rains caused these mushrooms to pop up wherever pine trees are growing.

I like how this is nestled in it's environment-it is complex, but I think it works well because the mushroom stands out so well.

Am excellent view of this toxic and hallucinogenic species, Gavin! I'm told that correctly prepared and cooked, it is perfectly safe to eat - but I'll leave that to the experts!
