Beautiful rich color with impeccable detail, AnnaMaria! I love the design in petrified wood and always think it is a great subject to photograph!

Thanks everyone. It is petrified wood. Some have color running through them, some are bland and some even black as coal. They are quite unique. Most are massive with a few that broke off.
