A couple of Longhorn beetles mating in the late morning.
The dorsal view seem a bit more compelling.
1/200, f13, Sigma 50mm,430EX, diffused flash, handhold.

Quite the contrast in sizes! Well done in good light and detail. The green leaf sets them off beautifully.

Thanks for the comments. I think yes the size disparity is the main draw of the image. Soft box diffuser seems to be effective for such subjects.
