Saw this butterfly today. It was flitting around aimlessly and not allowing any photography...until it perched in a flower bed which was full of thorns. Ignoring the thorns, I managed to grab some shots.
Checking my local butterfly guide, it resembled a Common Tiger, similar to the Monarch of North America. Hope u enjoy the view and comments are welcomed.
